Simulation games cannot replace the experience of getting out into the operations and learning by doing, but they can assist in creating awareness amongst your team and growing confidence in the lean concepts during the theoretical stages.

The simulation enables participants to extend their knowledge beyond basic Lean and covers the more advanced techniques of scheduling, flexible flow and inventory reduction.
